Management fees for Paid Advertising services are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable after services have commenced.
Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) is your responsibility and is non-refundable.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment: Full payment must be received before work begins.
Cancellation:
If cancellation occurs after more than 50% of work has been completed, the full quoted fee remains payable.
Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of these services, refunds are generally not available. We may provide revisions or remedies if the service delivered does not meet the original scope agreed in writing.
Local Presence Booster Services
Cancellation: You may cancel by providing 14 days' written notice to contact@yourdigitalbalance.com.
Refunds: Partial refunds may be available for the unused portion if cancellation occurs due to non-delivery of services or significant discrepancies from the service description.
Paid Advertising Services
Management Fees: Non-refundable once services have commenced.
Ad Spend: Non-refundable as per third-party platform policies.
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@yourdigitalbalance.com, stating your name, service details, and reason for the request.
We may grant exceptions at our discretion for extraordinary circumstances.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Website or services, you agree:

To refrain from abusive, harassing, or offensive behavior.
